Hi! I wanted to get some information on fundraising. I tried to call but the call diverts to a different company.

Here are the basics on our fundraising:
The basic bag size we use for fundraisers is our 2+ quart bag. The bag is 7”x14” flat, before we fill them, and has a resealable zip top. The kettle corn “taste/flavor” is the classic salty-sweet.
At our markets/events, we sell these bags for $7. But, purchase a minimum of 100 bags and they’re $4.50 each (more for specialty flavors). Most folks sell them for $8-$10. You decide what to sell them for and simply keep the difference. The colors/flavor must be the same for all 100 bags.
We can color the kettle corn any color or colors you like, no extra charge (our multi color rainbow is the most popular for fundraisers).
The kettle corn will stay crunchy for 1+ months, giving plenty of time to sell and enjoy.
When you’re ready to order, we’ll just need from you:
-quantity of bags (minimum 100)
-color(s) of the kettle corn, or original white
-date you’ll need it for and date you’ll need it in hand (meet up date)
-name/phone number of person meeting us
As for how far in advance you should place your order, the sooner the better as this allows us to plan/prep accordingly. Typically, we ask for at least 1-2 weeks notice, sometimes more, depending on how busy we are at that time. We can take orders as far in advance as needed. But because we sometimes max out for orders, it’s safer to lock in the order, as soon as you’re ready/able.
Payment is by cash, charge or Venmo/Apple Pay, in full, at the time of pickup/meet up. No prepayment/deposit necessary, unless for large orders.
We don’t have a storefront, so would just need to make arrangements to meet up. We meet a lot of folks in Pearl City.
